An account lives on the operator’s side; the app is one of two doors to it. Deleting the app closes
a door. The consequence is that nothing about the account changes - which also means an unwanted bonus is still
running, a limit is still set and a withdrawal is still unrequested after the app is gone.

Deleting the app discards the device’s own tokens locally, and the notification token is retired by
the send service within about a day. The session token is the one to think about if the phone is being handed
on rather than kept: a revoked session is dead everywhere, while a deleted app on a phone that has been
restored from a backup is not necessarily signed out.
